Outpatient Programs

HH Helpline's outpatient programs in San Francisco provide flexible, structured treatment that allows patients to continue meeting daily responsibilities while receiving evidence-based care at our facility.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Our PHP program runs 5–6 days per week for 2–4 weeks. Patients attend our facility during the day for intensive therapy sessions, medical check-ins, and group work, then return home in the evening.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Our IOP program meets 3–4 days per week for 8–12 weeks. Sessions include group therapy, individual counseling, and skill-building workshops designed to strengthen your recovery foundation.

Standard Outpatient

For individuals transitioning from higher levels of care, our standard outpatient program provides weekly individual therapy and monthly group sessions to maintain recovery momentum.

Step-Down Care
